Tina Wagner previously worked at RedSeven Entertainment as producer and executive producer and has developed and realized a variety of highly successful docutainment formats. Her productions include OLD PEOPLE’S HOME FOR 4 YEAR OLDS and MARRIED AT FIRST SIGHT, which won the German Television Award, FIVE SENSES FOR LOVE, which was nominated for the German Television Award as well as MOMS MAKE PORN and KISS BANG LOVE.

Nina Etspüler

Managing Director

Nina Etspüler is Managing Director & Head of Development at Madame Zheng Production, as well as Co-Head of Entertainment at LEONINE Studios. Previously, she was Group Creative Director of Red Arrow Studios, responsible for global format and content development as well as acquisitions and international market launches at Red Arrow Studios, a ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE company. Throughout her career, she was instrumental in the development and international roll-out of numerous worldwide format hits such as OLD PEOPLE’S HOME FOR 4 YEAR OLDS, KISS BANG LOVE, BUYING BLIND – DAS HAUSKAUF EXPERIMENT and LOOK ME IN THE EYE. Before she produced CIRCUS HALLIGALLI and DAS DUELL UM DIE WELT with Joko Winterscheidt and Klaas Heufer-Umlauf at Florida Entertainment, Nina Etspüler spent over ten years as Executive Producer at ProSieben and Sat.1, where she was responsible for formats such as ELTON VS. SIMON, COMEDYSTREET and RENT A POCHER.

Dr. Stefan Donaubauer

Head of Production

Stefan Donaubauer holds a doctorate in history and started in the film and television industry at Bayerischer Rundfunk. Here he first worked on historical documentaries in the History Department, such as the realisation of the six-part series "Kingdom of Bavaria" "The Varus Battle" or "Lola Montez". He then worked in the production and recording department of BR, both in the fictional field, including "Dahoam is Dahoam", and in entertainment shows, such as "Sounds of Cinema" and major sporting events, such as the "2014 Winter Olympics in Sotchi". After this time, he founded a production company and realised documentaries as a writer, director and producer for various TV channels, such as "Die Bergführer", "Geschichte zum Mitnehmen" and "Bayerns Meister", as well as documentaries, such as "Miss Holocaust" and "Spider Murphy Gang - Glory Days of Rock 'n' Roll". He then joined Redseven Entertainment GmbH and worked on docutainment formats, such as "Moms make Porn", "Five Senses for Love", live programmes, such as "Deine Hochzeit Live" and shows, such as "The Taste", as production manager.
Since January 2023, he has been Head of Production at Madame Zheng Production GmbH and is responsible for the areas of production and post-production at the Munich and Vienna locations.

Sina Bischoff

Executive Producer

Sina Bischof is a producer and executive producer at Madame Zheng Production. She develops and produces content for genres like light fiction & mystery, reality & documentary as well as shows. Previously, she was editor-in-chief and a producer at Endemol Shine Germany. Her productions included WER WIRD MILLIONÄR?, VERMISST and NUR DIE LIEBE ZÄHLT. For Madame Zheng Production she produces, among others, the shows NIGHTWATCH for TLC and FAMILY PROJECT - KAMPF DURCH DIE WILDNIS for RTLZWEI.

Ines Mordasini-Furch

Executive Producerin

Ines Mordasini-Furch is Executive Producer for Format Development as well as Factual Entertainment and Entertainment. Before joining Madame Zheng, she was a producer for the German adaptation of the TV award-winning licensed format HOCHZEIT AUF DEN ERSTEN BLICK, realised SING MEINEN SONG - DIE DOKU and produced magazine formats on ServusTV. At Sat1, she spent two years as programme manager responsible for access prime and the development of KLINIK AM SÜDRING before switching back to the producers' side.

Nina Kemper

Executive Producer Development

Nina Kemper worked for I & U TV GmbH for over 12 years, first as a writer for Stern TV and later in the entertainment sector. After four years as a senior editor for format development at RTL Media Group and self-employment as a development producer, she joined Madame Zheng.

Clemens Bauer

Location Manager Vienna / Producer

Since the company was founded, producer Clemens Bauer has helped set up and expand the Austrian location and, as managing director under commercial law, is head of the Madame Zheng location in Vienna. After longer guest appearances in Cologne, his heart drew him back to Vienna, where he and his team brought Austria's first docu-reality format on air with "Tausche Familie" (ATV). Passion for each project, as well as friendly, respectful cooperation with team and broadcasters led to other successful formats such as "Forsthaus Rampensau", "Teenager werden Mütter" (currently in its 18th season), ("Wirt sucht Frau" (Romy "format innovation"), "So denkt Österreich", "Urlaub für Anfänger", "Amore unter Palmen", "Junges Geld", ...).

Eva-Maria Krusch

Head of production

Eva-Maria Krusch began her career at First Entertainment. Another station was Tower Productions, where she worked on the show "Das große Backen,". In 2014, Eva-Maria Krusch joined Madame Zheng as production manager and has been responsible for the production and post-production area in Vienna since 2023. She is responsible for the production of all formats at the Vienna location, TEENAGER WERDEN MÜTTER, AMORE UNTER PALMEN, numerous reports. In 2022, she and the team also produced the successful reality FORSTHAUS RAMPENSAU for the first time.

David Slavik

Executive Producer / Editorial Director

David Slavik is Executive Producer & Editorial Director at Madame Zheng Production in Vienna. His passion for implementing projects from the first idea to the final product, accompanying every step and making both his own and others' visions come true, remains unbroken even after more than 10 years in the industry. Whether reality, factual or documentary - storytelling is his specialty. Voice and language have always fascinated him, which is why he also works as a TV voiceover artist after completing his voiceover training in Vienna and Berlin.
